If you don't cook, start! Right now! Go ahead. Grab some family members (hey! Watch it!), go into the kitchen and COOK! It's fun, relieves stress and a great way to get the whole family involved together. And when you're done, you get to sit down together and eat something. What could be better for a family to do? Don't be afraid of trying a recipe or changing it. Remember, nothing is written in stone. Well... there was those big tablets, but they got broken anyway... ;-)
